Return Policy and FAQ’s
Returns for damaged items only and must be made/reported with photos with in 5 days of receipt of item. Buyer pays return shipping with a signature required and a tracking number sent to us via email with the heading "Online purchase return tracking number". Refund will be issued once item is received.
In store returns can be made with in 5 days for store credit.
In-store/In-person workshop refunds
At this time in person workshops are refundable with the exclusion of a $3 administration fee per registration 3 weeks before event/workshop.
2 weeks before event workshop fees are non-refundable but credit may be applied to another workshop.
24 hours or less or no-shows to workshop are non-refundable and my not be applied toward another workshop. Please reach out to us if you have an extenuating circumstance or need assistance.
For off-site workshops please contact the venue where the workshop is being held.
Items for our printing partners
Our items from our print provider are custom made for each customer, so please ensure you are ordering the correct size before placing the order. Please be aware different computer monitors can alter the color of the item slightly when viewing it online. For items that ship directly from our manufacturer, if an item arrives damaged or of poor quality, we will request a replacement item first. Photos may be requested. If the manufacturer’s item is still not fixed, a store credit will be issued.
Virtual/Online workshops on Teachable
Are non-refundable at this time.
Digital downloads are non-refundable
Original art, custom items and handmade items, and vintage merchandise are final sale and are not returnable. Please be aware that these items may contain variances /flaws/imperfections due to the nature of handmade and vintage (That’s the best part!).
