Intro to Calligraphy Workshop: Friday,April 17th 10:30a-12:30p

Join us in the studio with Carol O'Rourke of CSO Art Studio. Learn calligraphy and add a creative flair to cards, holiday items, and home decor. We’ll start with beginning techniques and practice making letter forms and basic shapes, explore lettering styles, practice with brush pens, and learn to create beautiful flowing words. Each student will receive a workbook with lettering guides, tracing sheets, alphabets, and brush pens to take home for further practice. Leave class with your own matted calligraphy art quote!

Workshops are hosted at 1101 Maple Avenue Suite A, Lisle, IL 60532 unless otherwise noted.

We are located on the south side of the street corner on Maples Avenue and Lenox Avenue in a red brick building in the front half of Angel Food Catering between Dunkin' Donuts and the Cleaners. Across the street is Maple Terrace shopping complex with Walgreens and Starbucks.

Parking is located in the rear of the building and street-side parking is allowed on Lenox Avenue.
